Family Room
The lower level family room has it all!
It's a comfortable, inviting room with warm faux finished
walls, recessed lighting, new plush carpeting, oak flooring,
new leather furniture and a granite top bar. It's a great place
to relax and have fun. It is equipped to watch sports on the
DSS, watch movies on the DVD/VCR, play pool, foosball, darts,
board games, or relax next to the gas fireplace. The room
allows you to walk out to the beautiful serene back yard with
padded patio furniture and large trees for a nice mix of sun
and shade.

Bedrooms
After a fun filled day, sink into the
softness of a new 'pillow top' mattress fitted with new high
quality sheets and down comforters found in all upper level
bedrooms (master-king, 2nd/3rd-queen). The bedrooms are
decorated with a 'French Country' style, finished with white
trim and six panel doors. A master bedroom also includes a
private bath. More accommodations are found on the lower lever,
with 2 twin bunk beds with soft high quality bedding and a 5th
bedroom with a new extra plush, queen pillow top 4 - post bed.

Lake/Property
600 feet of spectacular sandy frontage (no
weeds) wraps around the home to offer privacy and picturesque
views of the lake. Enjoy hours of fun in the sun on the new 8'
x 10" stationary swim raft just off one of the docks.
Watersports and fishing are popular from the two private docks
and throughout the Chain of Lakes. Boat to the nearby nine hole
golf course or one of the three restaurant/bars with outdoor
dining. Local pontoon, canoe and kayak rentals are available.
For the fishing activists, this property has excellent fishing
from its private docks and nearby islands. During the fall,
this property is excellent for hunters, located within minutes
of thousands of acres of excellent public hunting land.
