• $1,600/week (weekly rentals only)

• Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Off Season

• $185/night with 3 night minimum
•$1,100 per week
•$225/night for Chistmas and New Year Reservations, 3 night minimum

Rates for 6 guests or less, each additional guest $75/week, $15/night (off season)
Maximum 10-12 guests
$350 security deposit to reserve
Cancellation fee of deposit applies with less that 60 days notice prior to rental date (off season) Cancellation fee of 1/2 of rental amount less than 60 days notice prior to rental date (peak season)
Check in time 2pm, Check out time 9am
